Package Information/Questions

If a package is returned to Junebug Crafts & Designs, please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

If you are worried about your package or it is taking longer to arrive than usual, please email me directly and we can discuss directly and resolve any possible issues. 

I am not responsible for any lost packages or items. If you would like to purchase added insurance on your package, please email me directly and we can discuss the fees for adding insurance to your items! 

If you accidentally wrote the wrong address when checking out, simply email me and we will update the address! Please keep in mind we can only update the address prior shipment. If the item has already shipped, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fee. 

Please note there will be no refunds EXCEPT if it shipping fees if you’ve made two separate orders! If you have a specific personal reasoning about a refund request, please contact me and we can discuss options  

Preorders

Preorders will be listed the same as other in-hand pins. Preorders typically take 1-3 months to receive in hand. Once pins are received, preorders will be sent out in the same week. Any extras will be listed after all preorders pins are sent out & delivered.

Preorders will ALWAYS receive the best pins in batch! If there is a complete sell out, please keep in mind you may receive an A or B grade. I will buy any extra the manu has as well.

Please purchase preorders and in hand pins separately if you wish to get the in hand first! If not, I will ship both together when the preorder arrives! 

Grading System

• A Grades/Standard: Does not contain any major defects. There can be very minor flaws, but very unnoticeable. These are considered to be the best pins within the batch. Pins are handmade, so none will always be perfect :)
  •Examples: tiny scratches, 2-3 glitter pieces, minor screen printing errors
• B Grades/Seconds: Pins can have multiple defects.
  •Examples: small chips, several scratches, more than 3 glitter specs, any type of smudges, major screen printing defects. 
• C Grades: Multiple and noticeable defects. These pins will be heavily discounted. Please be advised when ordering these!!! Typically they will have missing enamel and major defects!

Other Information:

All designs are based on fan art that is created/designed by Junebug Crafts & Designs. I do not own any rights to any of the anime/manga etc.
